It is good to remember that these are two connected hotels, which can be useful when arranging a taxi from the airport. Overall it is a very fine establishment with very helpful staff. The people are the biggest asset, specially thanks to Nicolas for his quick help.

Breakfast was excellent! Would have been nice if pancakes or waffles were available at the buffet. Really enjoyed the omlette station and juice selection. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with an amazing mattress. The entire staff were all very professional and courteous!

Having previously used the Pullman, I was unsure if the Mercure would match up, but I am glad to say it did. The only problem is the lack of a Lobby, but you can use the one at the Pullman as they are connected. There is also a great co0working space incase you have a meeting or just want to work outside your room The only downside is that the entrance staff are less friendly than the other side.

The first person we met on reception was very kind, welcoming and attentive - recognised that he had us waiting due to another customer preceding us - so he apologised for the delay (not his fault as he was alone serving customers), brought us hand cleaning towels, drinks and sorted out our paperwork whilst we were sat and relaxed a little. This was certainly the best reception welcome I have received to date upon all my travel to six continents!

There was never a question that the staff did not address. They treated me like family - better, as a valued guest. This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed. And I will return.

The reception team is excellent, especially Nicolas, always checking on me. I had sprained ankles upon arrival and he helped me get my medicine delivered to my room timely. Restaurant I like the ambiance feels warm and relaxing, rooms great and very clean I enjoyed my business stay. I will be back for fun stay 😀

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 16 years when it was first the Crowne Plaza. So I am familiar with the rooms and facilities that are there and that makes feel welcome

Really helpful staff, issues with wifi was resolved. Was at a convenient location for my business trip. Breakfast was good with great service culture – from front desk, rooms, dining and security (who helped me call my uber when it was waiting on the other end of the property).

The breakfast was so good and the location at the ground floor made it super fun because it brought all residents of the two hotels together, we made new friends.
